Our carers are proactive, flexible, committed and patient. More than anything they are willing to do their best for children that are placed with them. Foster Care Link is a specialist Independent Fostering Agency (IFA). We work with many Local Authorities to find the best families for children that need fostering placements. Our carers are closely supported with access to Supervising Social Workers 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We pay generous allowances, and one of our biggest strengths is that our carers feel cared for and part of a team working to achieve the best outcomes for children in care.
